Marvin the Martian
Marvin the Martian is an extraterrestrial villain from the Looney Tunes cartoons. He wears a helmet and a skirt, and is armed with a ray gun. He first appeared in the 1948 cartoon Haredevil Hare, where he tried to destroy Earth with his ray gun. He has since appeared in many other cartoons, where he has continued his attempts to conquer Earth. He is a popular character, and is often featured in merchandise and other media.
